Options for Senior Living, LLC provides FREE consultation, referral and placement services to seniors and their families in order to obtain appropriate housing and care options during times of transition.  Our service connects you with options for living that are specifically suited to meet the needs of you or your loved ones. We assist you in locating independent living, assisted living, adult foster care, and continuum-of-care communities. We serve residents of Northwest Lower Michigan in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau and Kalkaska Counties.

Services Include

  • A no-cost, confidential consultation and assessment with you and your family members.
  • Profiles of each property you are considering, including; photos, costs, room dimensions, amenities and activities, as well as dining and care options.
  • Information regarding levels of care at the properties you are considering.
  • A schedule and escorted tours of properties of interest to you and your family members.
  • Your liaison with the community that you select, to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Housing Options

Assisted Living or Adult Foster Care Facilities

Includes a combination of housing and personalized supportive services. Assistance may include administration or supervision of medication, personal care, meals, laundry, and housekeeping.

Dementia or Alzheimer’s Care

Facilities offer specialized programs and care, specifically designed to meet the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of memory loss.

Independent Living

Units with age requirements. Some communities offer meals, activities, transportation and care options.

Skilled Nursing Facilities

Licensed to provide health care managing complex and potentially serious medical problems and also providing short-term rehabilitation stays.

Subsidized Senior Apartments

Living units offered at a reduced rate, available to seniors that meet income eligibility requirements.
